I tried to make him more grumpy but he didnt look quite good. :c

Well, I'm glad that you tried, as he looks awesome =D You are really good at these =D

But what if his mouth looked more like a straight line - with only one pixel or so for the curve down?

I tried with this one pixel. the one thing which occures here is that the 'base of the face has only 6 pixels and its difficult to make something look symmetrical etc

Aha, I see. Well, can you please tell me what kind of program is needed to make these avatars? I want to try to modify it, if that is okay =D

I guess you can't do it with PS ^^;

no, I cant use PS at all :3" I do them in Paint, remove the background and change to .gif in Giffy, then animate in UnfreeZ.

do as you please ^^

Ahh, but I can't change the avatar without re-making it completely, as you have the 3 pictures that make up the animation ^^;

Would you mind posting them up in scraps or something for a little while so I could download them?
